Bogra,
June 12 (UNB) – An under trail prisoner, who was undergoing
treatment in police custody at Mohammad Ali Hospital, died on Friday.
Police
said Mostafizar alias Mosta Hujur, 45, who had been suffering from
liver-cirrhosis, was admitted to the hospital on June 8.
Mostafizar,
a top terror of the district, was caught red-handed along with a
revolver in March 1999, police said.
Another
report says: A youth was arrested along with two forged notes of Tk
100 from Bambi Cinema Hall in the town on Saturday.
Police
said they arrested Selim, son of Abdus Sattar of Gokul Akhandpara in
Sadar Upazila, as he went to collect tickets with the forged notes
from the counter of the hall.
Another
youth, who collected tickets with forged notes from the movie house
earlier on the day, could not be traced, police said.
