June 21 (UNB) – Police rescued a girl after three days of her
abduction from a house at Halishahar and arrested two people on
Tuesday.
A
gang of terrorists numbering eight abducted Roksana, 15, a garment
worker, from her rented house on June 17. Roksana and her sister
Rehana used reside in the house of Rafiq Ahmed in the same Halishahar.
On
the basis of a complaint filed by Rehana, police raided the house,
rescued the victim and arrested house owner Abdur Rahman and his
accomplice Russel.
