July 1 (UNB) – Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Abdul
Matin Khasru today called upon the people to make the district’s
Total Literary Movement (TLM) a success.
“It
needs motivation of the people through their total involvement and
mass awareness,” he told a grand rally of the TLM organized by
“Pathikrit Comilla” at the local Town Hall ground.
About
25,000 people from all walks of life gathered in the rally chaired by
Deputy Commissioner Chowdhury Golam Mowla, said a press release.
Public
Administration Reforms Commission (PARC) Chairman ATM Shamsul Huq,
Whip Mujibul Huq, Joynal Abedin MP, Tajul Islam MP, Chittagong
Divisional Commissioner AHM Mobaidul Islam and Director of Non-formal
Education Kazi Farid Uddin Ahmed attended.
