          Bazar, Apr 26 (UNB) – For the first time in country’s history, a
          parliamentary watchdog goes to the beach town tomorrow (Wednesday) to
          hold its meeting there. 
           
          
          
           
          The
          22nd meeting of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Civil Aviation
          and Tourism Ministry will be held at the conference room of Hotel
          Shaibal. 
           
          
          
           
          Officials
          here said the committee decided to hold the meeting in the tourist
          town as law and order situation of the district deteriorated in recent
          days, reducing the number of tourists in the world’s longest sea
          beach. 
             
          The
          meeting will discuss steps to improve the deteriorating law and order
          for flourishing tourism industry, future planning of Bangladesh
          Parjatan Corporation and its ongoing projects with committee chairman
          Bir Bahadur MP in the chair. 
           
          
          
           
          Committee
          members Engineer Mosharraf Hossain, Shah Azizur Rahman, Mohammad Abdus
          Sattar, Mohammad Atiur Rahman, Hosn-e-Ara Wahid, Abdul Mannan, Syed
          Monjur Hossain, Mizanur Rahman Singa and Kazi Shah Mofazzal Hossain
          Kaikobad will attend the meeting. 
           
          
           
          After
          the meeting, the committee members will visit Teknaf, the officials
          said.
