Dhaka,
Apr 10 (UNB) – Police recovered the body of an unidentified young
man from a flat at Nurjahan road in the city’s Mohammadpur area on
Sunday midnight.
The
body with 16 bullet wounds, of a man aged about 25, was lying in a
pool of fresh blood on the stairs of the 2nd floor of D/11 Housing
Estate Colony building. Police recovered the body at 2:25 am.
Police
suspected the young man was left on the spot after he was killed
somewhere else, as none of the flat dwellers heard any gunshot during
the night.
The
body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
