Apr 15 (UNB)- An absconding accused of a murder case was killed and
his two companions were injured in a road mishap at Komorpur in Sadar
thana on Faridpur-Dhaka highway Friday night.
Police
said Debu the main accused in the sensational motor worker Iqbal
murder case was coming from Rajbari along with his two friends Pari,
20 and Shifar, 22, riding a motor cycle.
Suddenly
their motor cycle collided with a truck at the point coming from
opposite direction injuring all the three grievously.
They
were rushed to the Faridpur Medical College Hospital where Debu, son
of Narayan Dey, of Goalchamat village died at 8pm.
He
remained absconding since the murder of Iqbal in 1998.
