Apr 13 (UNB) - Anti-social activities in the name of Jatra are on the
rise at Pecharchar village in Islampur thana, spoiling the local
youths.
Villagers
complained that an influential quarter frequently organizes Jatra in
the village and under its cover they make arrangements for obscene
dances and taking wine and hemp.
They
also accused police of being onlookers.
