July 5 (UNB)- A man and his wife were electrocuted at village
Panchkabar in Avoynagar upazila here on Sunday morning.
Villagers
said the victim Abdur Rouf 40 of the village met the tragic end of his
life as he touched a live electric wire while operating a shallow
tube-well.
His
wife Rashida Begum, 30, mother of four children, also died on the spot
when she tried to rescue him.
