July 2 (UNB) – A gigantic ideal village under a government-sponsored
project is being constructed at Ranapasha Union in Nalchiti upazila in
the district at a cost of Tk one crore.
Food
Minister Amir Hossain Amu formally opened the works on the nine-acre
village, where 120 homeless families would be rehabilitated.
Apart
from dwelling houses, the village will have a school, one community
centre, internal link roads, a mosque and a graveyard.
