Joypurhat,
Apr 11 (UNB)- A taskforce team seized five vehicles loaded with Indian
sugar from various parts in Panchbibi thana of the district on Monday.
Acting
on tip-off, the team, led by DC Abu Nasir Ahmed, raided Danejpur,
Gopalpur and Badhabari, and seized three trucks and two buses laden
with 661 sacks of sugar, worth of Tk 9.91 lakh.
The
seized sugar was deposited with the Bangla Hili Customs.
