June 30 (UNB) – Two people were killed and 25 others injured when a
bus plunged into a roadside ditch hitting a motorbike at Hajrabari in
Modhupur of Tangail district today.
Police
said motorbike rider Moni (25) died on the spot after being struck by
the bus on Tangail-Jamalpur road at about 5 pm.
Another
bike rider Sultan (35) died on way to Mymensingh Medical College
Hospital. Injured bus passengers were admitted to Modhupur health
complex.
