500gm Heroin recovered |

Rajbari, June 9 (UNB) – Police seized 500 grams of heroin and caught a man from Daulatdia launch ghat here today.
Acting on a tip off, police searched the body of Israfil Morol and recovered the drug from beneath his undergarment.
Israfil was travelling by a Dhaka-bound bus of Sohag Paribahan from Benapole.
The estimated cost of the heroin is Tk 40 lakh, police said.
A case was filed with Ghat police in this connection.
