Aug 5 (UNB) - The election to Rajshahi Bar Association was held here
on Thursday.
Abul
Kashem(1)-Enamul Haque panel backed by Nationalist Democratic
Lawyers’ Association swept in the election bagging 16 posts out of
19.
All
Party Lawyers’ Unity supported Mujibur Rahman-Abdul Motaleb panel
got two posts while Zillur Rahman-Rafiqul Hasan panel backed by Awami
League and NAP one post.
The
office-bearers include Abul Kashem (1), president; Abul Kashem (2) and
Saiful Alam Shelly, vice presidents; Enamul Haque, general secretary;
Ershad Ali, Asstt general secretary; Entajul Haque, accounting
secretary and Mainul Ahsan, library secretary.
