June 6 (UNB) – A cold storage has been constructed in the district
at a cost of Tk 3 crore, fulfilling a longtime demand of the farmers.
The
cold storage, constructed by BADC, has a capacity to store 1,000 tons
of perishable commodities.
It
will be put into operation in the next Rabi season, BADC officials
said.
