Apr 25 (UNB) – Some 4,410 poor women of 98 unions in 11 upazilas of
the district have been brought under a monthly allowance program.
Foreign
Minister Abdus Samad Azad inaugurated the program at a function at the
auditorium of Social Service Department here Thursday.
Each
of the women brought under the program will receive Tk 100 every
month.
