June 22 (UNB) – Construction work of 36 bridges and culverts in
Sylhet and Sunamganj districts at a cost of about Tk 2.75 crore is
nearing completion.
This
was disclosed in a meeting between the Director General of Relief and
Rehabilitation Department Shamsul Islam and district and thana level
project officials here recently.
Of
the total, 36 bridges and culverts are being built in five upazilas of
Sylhet district while 15 others in four upazilas of Moulvibazar,
meeting sources said.
