Jul 8 (UNB) - Four people were bullet injured and stabbed yesterday in
a clash among two groups of pro-Awami Chhatra League activists on the
Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST) campus.
Police
said the clash ensued at about 2 pm when one group attacked another
following a dispute over establishing supremacy on the campus. The
injured were admitted to Osmani Medical College Hospital.
The
scheduled examinations after 2 pm were postponed following the clash.
Additional police forces were deployed on the campus to avert further
clash.
