Dhaka (UNB) – Week’s trading at Dhaka Stock Exchange closed slightly higher on Thursday as the gainers outnumbered the losers. All Share Price Index at the country’s main bourse rose by 1.27 points or 0.13 percent to close at 561.00 points from Wednesday’s 560.27 points. Of the 183 listed securities traded yesterday, 104 advanced, 62 declined and 17 remained unchanged. Some 4,034,676 shares and debentures valued at Tk 12.41 crore changed hands as against 3,128,778 shares worth Tk 13.93 crore on the previous trading day. AIMs First Mutual Fund (1,905,000), Beximco Pharma (340,150), Quasem Drycell (324,500), M Hossain (144,350) and Miracle Ind (108,500) were among the day’s volume leaders. Market capitalisation stood at Tk 53.11 billion as against Wednesday’s Tk 53.04 billion.
