Women entrepreneurs call on FBCCI president |

Dhaka (UNB)- A seven-member delegation of Women Entrepreneurs Association of Bangladesh led by its president Nasrin Awal called on FBCCI president Abdul Awal Mintoo at his office here yesterday (Sunday). A threadbare discussion on the role of women in the socio-economic development of the country was held during the meeting. The delegation apprised the FBCCI chief about the problems faced by the country's women engaged in business, said a press release. Abdul Awal Mintoo urged the women entrepreneurs to play more active role in the overall development and expressed his support with the demand of setting up of a Women Bank to assist them. |
