Dhaka (UNB) – Trading at the Dhaka Stock Exchange finished lower for the third straight day yesterday with the losers outnumbering the gainers.

The DSE All Share Price Index dropped 0.76 points or 0.11 percent to close at 642.58 points as against 643.34 points on Monday.

Of the 172 listed securities traded yesterday, 95 declined, 51 advanced and 26 remained unchanged.

Some 3,479,924 shares and debentures worth Tk 15.44 crore were transacted yesterday as against 3,482,553 shares valued at 15.33 crore on the previous trading day.

Market capitalisation stood at Tk 60.99 billion as against Tk 61.06 billion on Monday.
