Dhaka (UNB) – Trading at Dhaka Stock Exchange closed higher yesterday (Monday) marking a slight rise in its benchmark index. The DSE All Share Price Index rose by 2.89 points or 0.46 percent to close at 630.28 points from Sunday’s 627.39 points. Of the 167 listed securities traded yesterday, 88 advanced, 46 declined and 33 remained unchanged. Some 4,286,501 shares and debentures valued at Tk 18.51 crore were transacted as against 4,877,664 shares worth Tk 24.71 crore on the previous day. Market capitalisation stood at Tk 59.82 billion from Sunday’s 59.55 billion. |
