Dhaka-- (UNB) - The fifth round of the Green Delta National Cricket League begins today (Thursday) at four different venues across the country.

Six divisional teams - Chittagong, Dhaka, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal and Sylhet – along with Bangladesh Biman and Dhaka Metropolis team will take part in the fifth round with three-day matches.

Chittagong will face Dhaka Division at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka while Rajshahi will meet Biman at Rangpur, Sylhet take on Khulna at Sylhet and Barisal will play Dhaka Metropolis at Barisal.

In Group A, Bangladesh Biman leads the table securing 20 points while holders Chittagong follow with 18 points.

Rajshahi are in third position with 14 points and Dhaka Division placed bottom of the table with only six points in the group.

In Group B, Khulna leads the table collecting 16 points, Dhaka Metropolis followed them with 14 points, last time runners-up Sylhet DSA bagged 13 points and Barisal collected 11 points.
