Dhaka-- (UNB) - The second round of the final phase Green Delta National Cricket League begins today (Thursday) at two different venues.

Bangladesh Biman takes on Khulna Division at BKSP in Savar while holders Chittagong Division meets Dhaka Metropolis at Comilla.

This will be very important round for the newcomer Bangladesh Biman and defending champions Chittagong Division to improve their first round positions.

Another newcomer Dhaka Metropolis and Khulna Division took joint lead after the first round matches securing 34 points each.

Biman bagged 32 points while Chittagong 30.

Meanwhile, the league committee has revised a law saying that minimum 95 overs should be played in a day. Five runs will be added to opposition total as extra runs for violation of law.
