22 cricketers selected to chose from for Zimbabwe tour |

Dhaka-- (UNB) - Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has called 22 players to select the national team for the tour in Zimbabwe billed for April next. The players are --Naimur Rahman Durjoy, Khaled Masud Pilot, Akram Khan, Aminul Islam Bulbul, Javed Omar Belim Gulla, Habibul Bashar Sumon, Shahriar Hossain Bidyut, Enamul Haq Moni, Al Shahriar Rokon, Hasibul Hossain Shanta, Monjurul Islam Monju, Bikas Ranjan Das, Rajin Saleh Alam, Nasirul Alam Nahid, Fahim Muntasir Sumit, Ehsanul Haq Seezan, Mushfiqur Rahman Babu, Sabbir Khan, Mohammad Rafique, Mohammad Ashraful, Mehrab Hossain Opee and Mohammad Sharif. The selected players have been requested to report to the Bangladesh Cricket Board on February 8 at 2pm to proceed for a residential camp in BKSP. The 10th member of the Test elite club Bangladesh will tour Zimbabwe to play three one-dayers and two test matches. This will be the first away series for the Test babes. Bangladesh will begin their tour with a warm-up match against CFX Academy in Harare on April 4 to be followed by three ODI matches on April 7, 8 and 11. They will play a three-day match against Zimbabwe A from April 13-15 before two test matches at Bulawayo (April 19-23) and Harare (April (26-30). |
