PORT-OF-SPAIN, APR 24 (AP) - Veteran leg-spinner Mushtaq Ahmed took four cheap wickets, including three in one over, to inspire Pakistan to a four-wicket victory over the West Indies and win the Cable and Wireless Trophy in Trinidad Sunday.

The visitors wrapped up the three-match finals series 2-1 with their hard-fought victory at Queen's Park Oval in Port-of-Spain.

Mushtaq took four for 22 off eight overs to sweep through the West Indies top order and send them crashing from 61 without loss to 114 all out in 33.2 overs. The home team lost 10 wickets for 53 runs as Mushtaq was supported well by the recalled duo of express pacer

Shoaib Akhtar and off-spinner Saqlain Mushtaq, who each collected two wickets.

The West Indies' total of 114 was the lowest score in 33 one-day internationals on the ground, and the equal lowest ever in 92 matches in the West Indies. England was also bowled out for 114 against the West Indies in Bridgetown in 1986.

Pakistan was set back by a four-wicket haul from West Indies fast bowler Reon King.

Vice-captain Inzamam-ul-Haq steadied the ship to lead them home at 116 for six off 45.1 overs. The 30-year-old, consistent throughout the triangular series, was undefeated on 39 off 98 deliveries, his fifth boundary sealing the win. He was voted  Man of the Series and drove away a Rover car as a reward.

King's career-best four for 25 off ten overs took his tournament-high tally of wickets to 17 at an average of 11.53.

The West Indies, which had leveled the series 1-1 following a 17-run triumph here Saturday, got off to a solid start after winning the toss and batting.

Barbadian openers Philo Wallace and Sherwin Campbell countered the double new ball threat offered by left-arm swinger Wasim Akram and the raw pace of Akhtar.

It was all-rounder Abdur Razzaq, though, who provided the breakthrough in the 18th over, with Campbell flicking an ondrive straight to Inzamam-ul-Haq at straight midwicket.

Campbell, Man of the Match after scoring 77 in Saturday's win, spent 45 balls over his 26, including three fours.

Mushtaq then took over, disposing of Wallace through a quick stumping by his captain and wicket-keeper Moin Khan. Wallace topscored with 30 off 64 balls, hitting three boundaries, before he overbalanced playing an expansive off drive.

Two overs later, the wily leg-spinner Mushtaq sent the innings into total ruin by dismissing the young Jamaican trio of Wavell Hinds, Chris Gayle and Ricardo Powell in the space of five balls.
