Ticket selling of Asia Cup Cricket will begin Wednesday |

Dhaka, May 22 (UNB)- The ticket selling of the 7th Pepsi Asia Cup Cricket will begin Wednesday from seven branches of Al Baraka Bank Limited. The branches are: VIP Road, Gulshan, Mirpur Road, Islampur, Kawranbazar, Agargaon IDB Building and Dilkusha in the city. The branches will also remain open on holidays (Friday and Saturday). The Dilkusha Branch will sell tickets for the VIP gallery, Club House (East), International Enclosure, Club Enclosure and Special Enclosure. Tickets for the East and West Gallery will be available at other branches. Meanwhile, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has prepared a Tk 1.5 crore budget for the tournament. “We’re planning to buy computers and other equipment for the tournament”, said BCB president Saber Hossain Chowdhury after a board meeting today. He said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is expected to attend the opening day of the meet. Besides, former national captains will attend the prize distribution ceremonies of other matches.
