Dhaka (UNB) -Bangladesh Cricket Board president Saber Hossain Chowdhury has expressed deep shock at the death of Lala Amarnath, the first Captain of the independent Indian Cricket team. In a condolence message today, the BCB president acclaimed late Lala Amarnath as one of the greatest sportsman in the sub-continent and a great human being with indomitable courage and determination. He prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed sympathy to the bereaved family members. |
