Bomb threat at Galatasaray hotel |

ZURICH (AP) - Swiss police searched the hotel of UEFA Cup holders Galatasaray of Turkey following a bomb threat. The anonymous threat late Tuesday was faxed to the Hotel Baur au Lac in Zurich and to a local radio station. It claimed that the bomb was aimed at drawing attention to the political situation in Turkey. Police searched the hotel but found nothing. The hotel was not evacuated. Galatasaray was to meet Swiss champions St. Gallen in a Champions League qualifying match Wednesday. |
