Arambagh wins over promotees in tie-breaker |

Dhaka, Sept 15 (UNB) - Arambagh KS beat promotees Dhanmondi Club by 5-4 goals in tie-breaker in the NBL Premier Division Football League at the flood-lit Bangabandhu National Stadium today (Friday). The match rolled into tie-breaker after the regulation time ended goal less. According to the new format, Arambagh got two points and Dhanmondi one point from the day’s match. With the day’s outcome, Arambagh secured seven points from four matches. Earlier, they managed two points against Farashganj SC also winning the match in tie-breaker and a straight won against Badda Jagarani Sangsad. Dhanmondi bagged three points from four outings as they beat another promotee Victoria Sporting Club in their previous match. |
