The old city team players played brilliantly in the second half making some good counter attacks but they were irritated by the referee’s decision disallowing the goal, which could be make a chance for them to come back in the match. In the fifth minute of the second half, Farashganj got a chance to take first lead in the match but Ruhul Amin cleared the shot of Palash from goal line after a Bidyut shot rebounded from opposition goalie Ponir.
