Dhaka (UNB) - The crucial match in the NBL Premier Division Football League between Mohammedan SC and Muktijoddha Sangsad will be held today (Thursday) at 5:30 pm at the Bangabandhu National Stadium. Mohammedan Sporting Club is now leading the points table with all win record securing 21 points from seven matches while Muktijoddha Sangsad bagged 19 points from same number of outings. The freedom fighters team came back on the right track beating giant Abahani Limited by a solitary goal in their previous match. Inclusion of playmaker Amin Rana, who came out at the field in the previous match after a long absence due to injury, helped Muktijoddha Sangsad to improve their performance in forward line. Mohammedan Sporting Club lost by 0-1 goal in the curtain raiser Federation Cup tournament against the same opponent.
