Preparation
All Potols to be perforated first.
Then to be burnt or boiled in a fry pan
This burnt Potol to be washed nicely and dried fully.
Method
This dried Potol to be smashed by mixing machine.
This blended mixture will be turn into a pest.
Pieces of onion, chili dust and salt may be mixed with mustard oil, which
should be properly mixed with pest of Potol.
Now this smashed is ready to serve.
Serve this Potol smashed with rice, bread, chapaty.
