Preparation
Cut fish into pieces and wash.
Mix with salt and curry powder together.
Make a pest of mustard and 3 pieces of green chili with little
water ( 2table
spoons).
And again pieces of fish should be well mixed with card and
pasted spice.
Cut 3 pieces of green chili into small pieces.
Method
Heat 3 table spoons of oil in cooker body for 3 minutes.
Then put pieces of fish, crushed mustard, small pieces of green
chili, 1/2 cup of
water and 1 table spoon oil on it.
Close lid
Place cooker on maximum heat.
After few minutes reduce to medium heat and cook for 2 minutes.
Take out the cooker from the burner.
Open cooker immediately after releasing steam pressure.
And Serve with rice
