Apr 23 (UNB) - Trading at the Chittagong Stock Exchange finished lower
today (Sunday) posting 2.53 points fall in its benchmark. All
Share Price index at the country’s second bourse shed 2.53 points or
0.23 percent to close at 1094.07 points from 1096.60 points on Saturday. Of
the 56 listed securities traded today, 14 gained, 38 declined and four
remained unchanged. Some
542,580 shares and debentures worth Tk 3.06 crore changed hands as against
601,305 shares valued at Tk 2.83 crore on the previous trading day. Market
capitalisation stood at Tk 40.35 billion as against Tk 40.44 billion on
Saturday. |
