Dhaka (UNB) - Trading at Dhaka Stock Exchange finished higher yesterday as the gainers dominated the losers. The DSE All Share Price Index gained 4.18 points or 0.63 percent to close at 666.55 points from Tuesday's 662.37 points. Of the 165 listed securities traded yesterday, 99 gained, 57 declined and 19 remained unchanged. Some 6,542,555 shares and debentures worth Tk 28.44 crore changed hands as against 5,497,422 shares valued at Tk 24.25 crore on the previous day. AIMS First Mutual (1,207,500), Miracle Industry (614,000), Beximco Pharma (465,850) and Bionic Food (368,000) were among the volume leaders. Market capitalisation stood at Tk 63.26 billion from Tk 62.86 billion on Tuesday. |
