Nilphamari, Sept 25 (UNB) – Bangladesh Railway West Zone finalized the process of handing over 12 more trains in private sector.

These trains are -- 411 up and 412 down and 461 up and 462 down of Parbatipur-Lalmonirhat routes, 7 up and 8 down of Uttar Banga Mail, 19 up and 20 down of Santahar-Bonarpara routes, 453 up and 454 down and 455 up and 456 down of Lalmonirhat-Burimari routes.

Sources said these trains would be handed over to private companies soon.

Earlier, railway authority west zone handed over four trains to private companies in a bid to reduce its recurring losses.
