Bangladesh to receive 10 million US dollars |

Dhaka (UNB) – Bangladesh will receive 10 million US dollars equivalent to about Tk 55 crore from the United States for an agro-based industries development project. The grant agreement was signed here yesterday (Tuesday) at the Economic Relations Division (ERD) between the two governments. Faisal Ahmed Chowdhury, Additional Secretary, ERD and Gordon H West, Mission Director, USAID signed the agreement on behalf of their respective government. The American grant will be used in the implementation of Agro-based Industries and Technology Development Project Phase-II under the Ministry of Agriculture. |
