          Naogaon,
          Aug 5 (UNB) - Some 19 posts of teachers, including the Principal, have
          been lying vacant at the Naogaon University College hampering academic
          activities. 
           
          
           
          Sources
          said there are 63 posts of teachers in the college. 
           
          
           
          Of
          the total, 10 posts of Associate Professor, four each of Assistant
          Professors and Lecturers and the post of the Principal have been lying
          vacant. 
           
          
           
          Mainly
          the students of the departments of English, Bengali, Chemistry,
          Mathematics, Botany, Political Science, Islamic History and Accounting
          have been facing setbacks due to the shortage of teachers.     
           
          
           
          Apart
          from this, some posts of employees, including clerk, cashier and
          librarian, are also lying vacant in the college.
