Dopeyaja of Hilsha Head  

 

 

Ingredients

 

Head of Hilsha  - 2 large pieces. 

Onion (sliced in very small pieces) -1/2 cup

Smashed onion - 1 table spoon 

Smashed cumin seed  -1 table spoon

Smashed  chili - 1 tea spoon or as your choice. 

Salt - according to need

Sugar  - 1/2 tea spoon. 

Green chili - 5-6

Oil  -  1 and 1/2 cup

Tomato - 2 pieces

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Preparation

 

The heads of fish have to be sliced in small pieces first. Fry the sliced onion in hot oil in a pan. When the onion will get a color mixed up  all other smashed spices with sugar and salt and then till it. 

 

 

After 1 minute put the fishes in the pan and again till it. Then put 1 to 1/2 cup water the pan and cover it. When the broach come to dry put toma to and green chili in it and Keep it for a while.
