legal representatives for Mr Herschelle Gibbs, that he admitted having
been approached with a view to match fixing, that he had agreed to
participate in this regard (but in the event did not do so and received no
money), and that previous denials he had made to the UCBSA in that respect
had not been true.
Mr Gibbs has now confirmed this in evidence before the King Commission
yesterday. The UCBSA welcomes the fact that Mr Gibbs has taken this step.
